FOLLOWING YOUR CALL, THIS IS HOW WE PROCEED:
1) Need Analysis
This phase can be done over the phone, by email or we can send our experts to meet you at your facility. The goal is to fully understand your needs in order to offer you a tailor-made solution that precisely matches your transportation requirements. The analysis of your packaging needs can be determined at any stage of the development of your own product to be transported.
2) Design and Engineering
Our team will then provide you a detailed drawing corresponding to your part requirements. We will also suggest the appropriate wood and other components such as cardboard, plastic, bolts, etc. One of our strengths is the wide range of wood at our disposal, allowing us to offer exactly what you need. In addition, we are able to provide you with samples and guide you during tests and transport analysis.
3) Assembling and follow-up
Once the manufacturing has started, our control system begins and is performed throughout the production process. The products are also inspected before each delivery. All the information on the design, production, as well as the HT treatment is saved for any follow-up that may be required in the future.
